Working software, not slides

Two systems you can watch run.

Most AI pitches are a deck and a promise. These are real, running systems, recorded start to finish with nothing cut. Watch them, then picture the same thing pointed at your phone system and your documents.

Demo 1 · Call intake

A phone call becomes a client record, automatically

Every call your staff takes is full of details someone has to retype into a system later. That retyping is where the hours go, and where things get dropped.

26 seconds, no audio needed. A real transcript of the kind RingCentral, 8x8, Zoom Phone, and Teams Phone already produce.

  • Urgency flagged with its reasoning, so triage happens before a human even listens to the call.
  • Caller details and key facts captured, not retyped: policy numbers, addresses, what happened, availability.
  • Action items with owners and due dates, ready to land in your CRM or ticketing system.
  • A follow-up email already drafted, so staff read it and click send instead of writing it.
  • Roughly three cents and under twenty seconds per call. Run the math against what the retyping costs you today.

Demo 2 · Internal knowledge assistant

Staff questions answered from your own documents, with receipts

Your procedures are written down somewhere, and nobody reads them. So new staff interrupt whoever has been there longest, all day, with questions the documents already answer.

21 seconds, no audio needed. The document library shown is a fictional company, built from scratch for this demo.

  • Every answer cites the exact source passage, so anyone can verify it in one click. This is what makes staff actually trust it.
  • It says "not covered by your documents" instead of guessing. That refusal is engineered on purpose, and it is the difference between a tool people rely on and one they quietly stop using.
  • It only knows what you give it: your SOPs, your handbook, your runbooks. Not the internet's opinion of how your business should work.
  • Delivered where your team already works, in Microsoft Teams rather than one more browser tab, respecting who is allowed to see which documents.

Demo 3 · Code you can read and run

The citation layer, open source

Watching a video is one kind of proof. Reading the code is the other, and it is the one a technical buyer asks for.

  • Every quote is matched verbatim against the source before it is shown. Quotes that fail are dropped, and if none survive the answer is withheld rather than shown unsupported.
  • An eval harness of 48 labelled cases plus 12 direct probes of the verifier, gating on citation precision rather than on how good the answer sounds.
  • It runs with no API key. Clone it, run the tests, see them pass. Nothing to sign up for.

What these are, honestly

These are demonstrations, not your system

Both run on the same architecture I build for clients, using their own documents, their own phone system, and their own line-of-business software. The demo data here is fictional on purpose, because using a real client's calls or documents to sell to someone else is not something I would do to you either. On a call I will run either one live against a sample you give me, and you will see exactly what it produces on your material before you spend anything.

See it run on your own material

The first assessment is free: 30 minutes on your systems, then a written mini-roadmap and a fixed quote. If the numbers do not justify a build, I will tell you that in writing.
